You keep ownership of the content you upload and of the conversations your chatbot handles. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service to you.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AI-generated answers

AI answers can occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for configuring your chatbot, reviewing its sources and deciding when conversations should be handed to a human.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chattbott is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
